At just 16, she began her journey in her parents’ catering hall as a bridal attendant—fluffing gowns, calming nerves, and anticipating every need for the bride and her attendants. Each evening at home, family dinners became more than just meals—they were business briefings, client‑care workshops, and brainstorming sessions on how to make each wedding day extraordinary and stress‑free.
Her father’s belief in the human side of hospitality, serving people wholeheartedly, not just running a business as he was simultaneously devoted to his teaching career in a public school in a low-income neighborhood, where he worked tirelessly to uplift and inspire students facing significant challenges. Not only did she pick up on unique financial problem solving skills through the years but such dedication inspired her own values and was the foundation of Baron Events from the beginning.
